With more than two decades of experience in some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens, Chef Nicolas Ferreira brings Michelin-starred precision and creative artistry to THE SIXTY TWO™ Society. His career includes over a decade with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group (The French Laundry, Per Se), earning one Michelin star as Executive Chef of Angler San Francisco and recognition as a James Beard Award finalist and Food Network, Chopped Champion. Ferreira has also collaborated with celebrated institutions including Quince & Co., Tantris (Germany), Taillevent (France), and the Ferran Adrià Foundation, as well as large-scale culinary events from Super Bowl XLVIII to the Tribeca Film Festival. His approach to alpine dining combines integrity, innovation, and a deep respect for craft — redefining what culinary excellence means in Vail.
