SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the use of text messaging services (the "SMS Service") provided by THE SIXTY TWO™ Society ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Description of the SMS Service
We use SMS messaging to provide information, updates, alerts, customer support, and promotional communications related to our services. Message frequency varies based on user interaction and preferences.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, as permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in through forms on our website, schedule confirmations, member account creation, or written or verbal consent given to a representative.

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages depending on your engagement with the service.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for all such charges.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-opt in.
6. Help & Customer Support
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at society@thesixtytwovail.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the SMS Service.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the SMS Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Carrier Support
The SMS Service is supported by most major U.S. carriers. However, delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.
11. Compliance
Our SMS Service is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, A2P 10DLC requirements, and Twilio messaging policies.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the SMS Service for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or commercial spam purposes.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The SMS Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the SMS Service, including delayed or undelivered messages.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
