It is with that philosophy in mind that we are proud to welcome Executive Chef Jonah Friedmann to THE SIXTY TWO™ Society Vail.
Jonah joins a distinguished team of culinary and wine professionals that includes Chef Nicolas Ferreira, Chef Mark Adair, Chef Alex Staab, and internationally renowned Master Sommelier & Master of Wine Doug Frost. Together, they bring decades of experience from some of the world’s most respected luxury hotels, restaurants, wineries, and culinary institutions—all united by a shared passion for creating extraordinary experiences.
Throughout his career, Jonah has led culinary programs at acclaimed luxury properties including Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, JW Marriott Dallas Arts District, Virgin Hotels, Hotel Vin, Sheraton Dallas, and Gaylord Texan Resort. Along the way, he has earned recognition as a Food Network Chopped Champion, a CultureMap Dallas Rising Star Chef, and a Tastemaker Dallas Chef of the Year nominee.
While those accomplishments are certainly impressive, they are not what inspired us most.
What stood out was Jonah’s belief that great dining isn’t measured only by what’s on the plate—it’s measured by how people feel when they gather around it.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything we are building.
As we prepare to open our doors, our culinary team is thoughtfully crafting an experience that celebrates exceptional cuisine, world-class wines and cocktails, genuine hospitality, and the simple joy of bringing people together.
