Select Founding Memberships allow for direct alignment with real estate transactions. This provides a clear path to secure your place within the Society alongside the purchase of your home—without navigating a future waitlist.
Just as importantly, if life evolves and you decide to move on from Vail, your membership can be included in the sale of your home as an added amenity—one that is not otherwise available in the Valley. As we close out the 2025/2026 ski season and move toward our summer opening, membership availability is nearing full subscription. A limited number of Founder Memberships are available, and we will naturally transition to a waitlist once capacity is reached.
