Construction officially began in the former Los Amigos space effective May 1st, marking the first steps toward creating this legacy destination for generations to come.  Our location is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation to make THE SIXTY TWO™ Society the leader in the boutique, personalized & curated ski membership services genre at the base of Vail Mountain.  Privately owned, privately run, capturing Vail’s early personalized hospitality.

We are reimagining the arrival into THE SIXTY TWO™ Society to reflect what this place truly is—a gateway to something more. The new slope side entry will open directly into a dynamic space where alpine dining, social gathering, and seamless ski access converge. A newly designed fire pit in the ski yard adds warmth and connection between Gondola One and the heart of the Society, creating a sense of place that welcomes you in and draws you back.

Brad Kaemmer, with legacy roots & a native of the Vail Village.  A seasoned hospitality entrepreneur, sommelier, studied chef, accomplished restaurant executive, brand builder and soon to be the daily visionary/founder/operator in the new re-imagined space at THE SIXTY TWO™ Society.  His assembled team of seasoned hospitality professionals are all also accomplished experts in all things food, beverage, and service-related fields.

As a Member of THE SIXTY TWO™ Society, you are granted private access to an array of bespoke services, concierge amenities & hospitality privileges designed to simplify, enhance and completely elevate your time in the Vail Valley.

Membership ensures peace of mind and ease from arrival for breakfast, lunch, après ski, dinner, or a late-night cocktail—your ski day begins & ends with relaxed coordination.

‍Members will enjoy seamless access to luxury SUV transportation within the designated Vail service area, along with real-time concierge coordination through the Northstar Membership Concierge Mobile App, a digital platform exclusive to Society Members. This app allows for efficient scheduling, priority dining reservations, special events, tickets to concerts, and constant and direct communication with the concierge team.

‍Yes, THE SIXTY TWO™ Restaurant will be officially open to the public. However, Members will always
receive top priority andimmediate reservation access to all hospitality services as well as exclusive membership benefits, discounted pricing, and access to member-only culinary events & private dining experiences.  Members will also have the ability of making advanced reservations for friends and family ahead of the general public. Next, access to the facility & benefits will be extended to our reciprocal amenity partners to honor our committed relationships.

Whether as longtime residents, second homeowners, or global travelers with local ties; our Members value refinement, privacy, and being surrounded by others who appreciate exceptional hospitality & culinary experiences. Each designation offers distinct privileges for individuals, families, and businesses, including options for lifetime access with no annual fees and refundability.

Only 62 Founder Society Memberships and 10 Founder Life Society Memberships are available in the initial season, ensuring exclusivity & personalized service.

‍Not currently, however once all memberships are filled, THE SIXTY TWO™ Society may establish a waiting list by membership category.

‍Yes. Accompanied guests are welcome. Extended family may receive access under traditional membership Society guidelines.

A one-time Membership Joining Fee is required. It is non-refundable for most membership types, except for certain Founder Life Membership options.

‍Yes. If you are purchasing a Vail property or working directly with a builder or developer, a membership to THE SIXTY TWO™ Society may be included as part of the overall sale structure. This opportunity allows buyers to seamlessly integrate membership into their ownership experience and may be coordinated at the discretion of the selling party and with the Society approval terms. In addition, once Society Memberships are sold out and on a wait list, those individuals that have purchased real estate properties with memberships attached are instantly included in the Society.

‍Yes. If you are a builder, developer, or real estate professional representing a buyer, you may coordinate the inclusion of a Society Membership into the property sale. With approval from ownership, the Joining Fee can be integrated into the overall real estate transaction, offering your client or buyer a seamless entry into THE SIXTY TWO™ Society experience without delay.

‍Yes, for most memberships. Founder Life Members are not subject to annual dues.

‍Yes, in specific scenarios:

• Vail Property Transfer
• Legacy Transfer to an adult child
• Transfer upon death to a Spouse or Significant Other

*All transfers are subject to approval & current policies.

Resignations may occur annually with proper notice. Some scenarios allow for earlier resignation and a prorated refund of annual fees.

‍No. Membership is a revocable license to use amenities. It does not include equity or investment.

Membership is extended through an application process until membership levels become sold out; then the process transitions to a waiting list format. Interested individuals may contact the Membership Director’s Office for more information.
